My name is Domingo Ariza and I have 25 years of professional experience always in the administrative, financial and commercial field. After being in international commerce, for the last 5 years I have been in the community administration field.
My passion for a job well done, my capacity to create efficient work databases that streamline work for all of us in the team (and as such for all our clients) is my daily motivation.
I decided to be one of the founder members for Meridional and to create a business that I can be proud of, whose main aim is to be at the service of customers (and not the other way around)
Hi, my name is Javier and I have been a lawyer for 20 years and a registered property administrator for 15 years. In my CV I also like to include that I served for 2 years as an Ensign in the Spanish Navy because I identify with their values: integrity, loyalty, responsibility and sense of duty, which are values that Meridional also shares.
I am also a Civil and Commercial Mediator specialising in conflict resolution and a notary proxy for various financial and credit institutions.
I know it is often said, but I really like to work in a team and in Meridional we have created a very good one. Nor am I afraid of the responsibility of taking decisions or promoting initiatives that lead us towards a common goal that will change any situation for the better.
I am said to be dynamic and a fast learner. But what I am really passionate about is contributing all my knowledge to solve the problems and challenges that arise.

I have 15 years of experience in customer service, 7 of which has been in community administration, where I am dedicated to all administrative tasks. My work and my dedication have always spoken for me.

My name is Lisa. I have more than 20 years of experience with custoemr service and I love to find solutions and have people feeling that we have helped with their queries.
With over 8 years of experience in holiday rentals on the coast, I am very used to dealing with stressful moments whilst keeping the situation calm.
I am half spanish half english, bilingual, and that really helps me when the time comes to look for solutions and bring people together. It also helps me to understand the different nationality quirks and to find agreement amongst us all. I am a happy person and I try to share that.I want to bring energy to Meridional and a “can do” attitude.
In the Meridional team I will be in charge of marketing and communications. I worked with Domingo in the international sales and now years later he has called me to take part of this office team. My mission is to instil “meridional” spirit in us all. The first rule is that everything we do speaks about us. The second is that we are what our clients say about us; so must ensure that we pay attention to detail and do things well.
