Can I communicate with companies in English?

Can I pay if I don't have a Spanish bank account?

No. Due to the new capital prevention restrictions. Only accounts and credit cards are accepted

Do I need to be registered as a permanent resident in Spain?

It is not necessary to be a resident in Spain to have private health insurance.

Regardless of your resident status and place of residence, you will be able to enjoy the same advantages and privileges as a Spanish permanent resident.
